ABOUT THE PROJECT
Breezy Event Services was delighted to collaborate with LIT on the Hanukkah celebration in the iconic Trafalgar Square. Set against the striking backdrop of The National Gallery and the overlooked by the historic bronze lions, the evening brought together music, speeches and community spirit in a truly memorable setting.
Our team worked closely with LIT to coordinate and support the production, ensuring every element was seamlessly managed from setup through to live delivery.
WHAT WE DID
Our mission was to support LIT with a seamless unload and full event setup, ensuring every element was executed efficiently and safely within a busy public space.
Our crew coordinated the offload of flight cases and carefully positioned all AV equipment ready for installation. Working side by side with the LIT team, we facilitated the build by stacking speakers, laying cabling, assembling and installing lights and assisting in the structured setup of the technical infrastructure.
In addition, we constructed stage platforms and installed crowd barriers, ensuring the event layout was secure, organised and production-ready. Throughout the build, our team remained proactive and responsive, moving wherever support was needed to keep the schedule on track.
